Winter League Flyer

REGISTRATION INFO

Dates: September 1st - December 3rd at 11:59pm
Fees: PreK - 2nd grades: $150.00 
3rd-8th grades: $275

Divisions Based on Grade Level

Pre K - Kinder
1st - 2nd grade
3rd - 4th grade
5th - 6th grade
7th - 8th grade

Equipment

  • Players may purchase shorts in the registration or wear black shorts (no pockets).
  • Players must purchase their own mouthpiece and wear it at all practices and games. Any player without a mouthpiece will not be allowed to participate.
  • Players can wear athletic shoes or cleats (no metal, please).
  • Soft-shelled helmets are recommended NOT mandatory. 

Practice/Game Schedule

All practices and games are on the SAME DAY - parents need to allocate a 2-hour window of availability each week for their child's involvement in the program. Practice hours take place immediately prior to a participant's scheduled game time.

League Communications

Communications from the league will come from info@flagsiliconvalley.com and Sports Engine. Please add this email to your contacts/address book or Safe Sender list, so our emails will arrive in your inbox. 

From the end of the registration period and throughout the season, we send out important emails and information about the league. Please check your spam filter, Junk Mail, or Promotions folder (sometimes our messages are delivered there in error). Take note of our email in case you need any assistance:

Sponsorships

Flag Football Silicon Valley is a non-profit organization.  All teams are required to find a $275 sponsorship from a local community business for all seasons.  If a team is unable to find a sponsorship, the cost will be divided among all team members. If at any time during the season, the team locates a sponsor, the team members will be reimbursed.

REFUND POLICY

Full Refunds given within 7 days of registration (Last refunds eligible for processing on December 10th).

  • Cancellations after 7 Days and up to December 10th will be given a credit towards a future season.
  • After December 10th, no refunds or credits will be provided.
  • Exception to the refund/cancellation policy is a severe injury/illness with a legitimate Doctor’s note provided prior to Game 1 of the Season.
